Food Hub creates innovative forms of food education and guides innovation and change processes. They help companies, governments, students and professionals to better understand the changing world of food and agriculture. Their mission is to drive the transition to a fair, healthy, tasty and sustainable food system.

This series was shot in the kitchen of the chef of one of the largest manufacturers of airplane meals. They are increasingly trying to buy locally and prepare food more healthy. Producing airplane meals is a special process in which a dish is first devised and then scaled up to mass production.
